AUMOVIO publishes first comprehensive sustainability report

In a move towards corporate transparency, AUMOVIO SE released its 2025 Sustainability Report on March 18, featuring its first comprehensive sustainability disclosures in alignment with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), as part of the annual report.   This report marks a strategic shift forAUMOVIO and its subsidiaries.

  

This report provides a detailed look into how we manage the risks, impacts, and opportunities across the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) landscape.

Our sustainability strategy is built on four focus areas that include ‘Driving Climate Action, Enabling Circular Economy, Building Responsible Business Partnerships and Fostering an Empowered Workforce.’

This report does more than present data – it outlines our intended direction for advancing our sustainability performance.   We provide clearly defined, public targets that focus on long-term environmental and social outcomes while supporting operational resilience. These targets apply to our own operationsand address key environmental and social topics:

  

  • Driving climate action: 95% reduction of combined Scope 1 and market-based Scope 2 GHG emissions by 2040 (vs 2019)
  • Enabling Circular Economy: 95% waste recovery quota by 2040 and, applicable from 2026 onwards, increase the share of renewable and recycled materials to be used in new products          
  • Fostering an empowered workforce: 0.8 accident rate by 2030 and introducing a target for engagement among own employees in 2026
