Our portfolio of electronic brake systems provides high performance braking, as well as stability, always. Furthermore, AUMOVIO develops modular and scalable Future Brake and Motion Control Systems. We ensure the safest way for control of a vehicle’s motion and speed, by processing large amounts of extrinsic and intrinsic sensor signal inputs during the complex process of “braking”.

At AUMOVIO, we prioritize safety as the foundation and pave the way for brake and motion technologies for the future. Integrated and connected electronic brake and suspension systems enable dynamic driving, high comfort, and sustainable mobility – whether sporty or automated.

Even in unexpected situations, these systems ensure maximum safety through predictive features like brake preconditioning for shorter stopping distances and adaptive air suspension for rough roads. The result: a safe, comfortable, and dynamic driving experience.

MK C2

Our Integrated Braking Technologies (IBT)

MK C2 is the second-generation one box brake system and has been in series production since 2022.

  

The system integrates the master cylinder (MC), brake booster and control systems (ESC and normal braking) into a single compact and lightweight module. MK C2 is built upon Multi-logic Architecture, which increases the functionality and availability of the system.
  • Reduction of 5g of CO² per km according to WLTP testing, when compared to a conventional system
  • Innovative architecture supports use of true low drag calipers, further decreasing emissions
  • 100% efficient regenerative braking system
  • Multi-logic architecture supports parking-pawl removal from the transmission and Valet Parking
  • Simplified design allows reduction in size, weight, and number of components compared to MK C1
  • Significantly faster buildup of autonomous braking pressure than conventional hydraulic systems
  • Reduced logistics and installation effort during car production
  • Box volume: approx. 4.3 dm³
  • Weight: approx. 4.7 - 5 kg (depending on variant)

New generation of electronic brake system for Electronic Stability Control Systems (ESC).


This is AUMOVIO's new generation of conventional electronic brake system, which is highly efficient, offers cyber security features and over-the-air (OTA) functionality, and can be easily installed in the vehicle.    


The MK 120 family continues the product line of ESC systems with an up-to-date construction kit for all kinds of car platforms.
