Supervisory
board

The supervisory board appoints the members of the executive board and supervises and advises it to manage the organization.

The supervisory board is directly involved in decisions that are of material importance to the organization. The elected chairman of the Supervisory Board coordinates the work and represents it vis-à-vis third parties. The chairman is regularly in contact with the chairman of the executive board to discuss and resolve issues pertaining to the company’s strategy, business growth, compliance and regulations.

  

The supervisory board at AUMOVIO consists of 16 members in accordance with the co-determination agreement for AUMOVIO SE, so that the European workforce is also represented in it. The supervisory board is further distributed between the shareholder members and employee members.
