Another Aumovio system: right turn assistant according to the BMVI standard. Our right turn assistant RightViu ® supports drivers in turning processes. To do this, the system uses sophisticated radar sensors to detect whether a road user is in the danger zone of the vehicle and warns the driver of a possible collision with an acoustic and optical signal. The right-hand bend assistant extends the driver's view up to 4 meters to the right and 14 meters to the rear, thereby exceeding the requirements of the corresponding BMVI directive.
In addition, RightViu ® is equipped with a radar-based technology that has VRU software (VRU – Vulnerable Road User) for the perception of moving objects. Thanks to its flexible and modular structure, RightViu ® can be adapted to all vehicle models and individually retrofitted.
