Zinc electroplating is one of the most cost effective ferrous metal finishings for corrosion resistance.
Rack plating is used as it is ideal for plating sizable groups of parts and those that are more complex in design - there are multiple racks at the plant, and they all have an individual capacity of approx. 3800mm x 1000 mm (depending on the shape).
We have the ability to plate millions of parts a year, as an example, we could plate around 8 million parts a year that had a size of approx. 150mm x 150mm. We welcome all enquiries and aim to get a quote back to you in 2-3 days, with a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks to start plating where we have a jig.
