New AUMOVIO Supervisory Board takes up its work
Frankfurt, Germany, September 5, 2025. At its constituent meeting today, the Supervisory Board of AUMOVIO approved the decision of the Executive Board to press ahead with the listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange is planned for September 18. Stefan E. Buchner was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board. His deputy is Christiane Benner, chairwoman of IG Metall. The body consists of eight shareholder and employee representatives. The equal representation of shareholder and employee representatives is based on the co-determination agreement for AUMOVIO SE.
The Supervisory Board of AUMOVIO consists of the following shareholder representatives:
- Stefan E. Buchner, former member of the Executive Board of Daimler Truck AG and former member of the Supervisory Board of Continental Aktiengesellschaft
- Claus Bauer, former CFO of Schaeffler AG
- Prof. Dr. Sabina Jeschke, CEO of KI Park e.V.
- Dr. Petra Mayer, Member of the Executive Board (COO) of Deutz AG
- Klaus Rosenfeld, CEO of Schaeffler AG
- Georg F. W. Schaeffler, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG and shareholder of the Schaeffler Group
- Robin J. Stalker, Member of the Supervisory Boards of Schaeffler AG and Schmitz Cargobull AG

The Supervisory Board has also set up committees to effectively perform its tasks. Stefan E. Buchner, also chairs the Executive Committee and the Nomination Committee. Robin J. Stalker was elected Chairman of the Audit Committee. The business economist, tax consultant and auditor was Chief Financial Officer of adidas AG for 16 years and is Chairman of the Audit Committees of Schaeffler AG and Schmitz Cargobull AG. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Accounting for Sustainability. This ensures that the legal requirements and the German Corporate Governance Code for expertise in the areas of accounting and auditing are fully taken into account.
Prof. Dr. Sabina Jeschke takes over the chairmanship of the Technology Committee, which supports the Supervisory Board with technological expertise.
