The ARS640 is the successor to the ARS540, which introduced series‑proven 4D imaging radar technology to the market, with pilot SOP achieved in mid‑2021.

Building on this foundation, the ARS640 delivers state‑of‑the‑art radar performance for safety‑critical use cases in both urban and highway driving scenarios. Leveraging the enhanced cybersecurity architecture of the fifth‑generation imaging radar platform, the ARS640 provides a high level of interference immunity while significantly reducing power consumption. This makes it well suited for demanding ADAS and automated driving applications requiring robust performance, efficiency, and scalability.
